After fighting a mouse problem on my own for a few years, then consulting another well-known pest control company, I engaged Brydon to see what he could do. In his first visit, he demonstrated more knowledge and understanding than the other company had. He quickly identified things I hadn't noticed and took immediate action to remedy them. He also was realistic about the fact that it sometimes took a few attempts to succeed in keeping mice out of a house. When a roofer noticed wasps under our back porch, I called Brydon back and he took care of them within a couple of hours, again telling me things that I hadn't found on the Internet, showing again that he knows his stuff. When mice again got into the house and I suspected a drainpipe hole through the siding, he arranged to have a contractor meet him at my place, remove the siding, and the two of them resolved the issue. Of the other people I've talked to AND information and advice on the Internet, Brydon has impressed me with his knowledge and astuteness in noticing things in my environment. And I haven't even mentioned the ants in my front yard, which he confirmed that I had a good solution for. Excellent service!
